SprayCut was born out of necessity.

Our background is in the machining industry, primarily aerospace where accuracy and fine finishes are common place. With this comes the need to find great products that you can rely on. We have always struggled with cutting fluids. The majority of the products that are currently available in the marketplace today do not meet our stringent needs. We needed something that would dissipate heat, prevent galling, produce fine finishes, extends tool-life and could be thoroughly cleaned off the parts.

So we decided to develop our own. We have spent years working on developing this product.

SprayCut sticks to the cutting surface at the point of contact between the substrate and tool to provide a barrier to resist heat. This provides great finishes and protects the cutting edge prolonging tool-life.

SprayCut is a very clean cutting fluid! It cleans up well and does not leave a sticky residue or other hard-to-remove build-up. It does not stain aluminum or other metals.
